Casamania - Opus Incertum

Opus Incertum, a product of Casamania, was inspired by designer Sean Yoo's visit to Pompeii and the Roman walls made of irregularly shaped bricks ("Opus incertum"). This design element is incorporated into the shelves of this versatile and lightweight bookcase or display unit, customizable in height and length and available in different colors and orientations for the internal partitions. It has both a practical function, organizing objects, and a spatial function, dividing a room like a free-standing module. The inclined shelves with irregular shapes add movement and a young and dynamic touch to the overall structure, while the use of lightweight expanded polypropylene makes it easily stackable and also suitable for outdoor use, decorated with plants and branches.
